California Transparency in Supply Chains Act Disclosure

The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB 657) requires certain companies to disclose their efforts to eradicate slavery and human trafficking from their direct supply chains for tangible goods offered for sale.

Verification

Jubonket Ltd conducts periodic evaluations of its product supply chains to evaluate and address risks of human trafficking and slavery. We prioritize suppliers who demonstrate commitment to ethical labor practices.

Audits

We reserve the right to audit our suppliers to evaluate compliance with our standards for trafficking and slavery in supply chains. These audits may be announced or unannounced.

Certification

We require our direct suppliers to certify that materials incorporated into the product comply with the laws regarding slavery and human trafficking of the country or countries in which they are doing business.

Internal Accountability

We maintain internal accountability standards and procedures for employees or contractors failing to meet company standards regarding slavery and trafficking.

Training

We provide training on human trafficking and slavery to company employees and management who have direct responsibility for supply chain management, particularly with respect to mitigating risks within the supply chains of products.
